Gather valuable competitive intelligence

A customer-centric company starts with what the customer actually needs, then works backward to the product or service that meets it. A product-centric company starts with what it can build and sell. Pairing these metrics with a documented customer experience strategy keeps the numbers tied to action instead of sitting in a quarterly slide. Reducing friction is simpler to operationalize than improving NPS, and it tends to move faster once a team commits to fixing specific pain points instead of chasing a broader sentiment score. Customer experience platforms tie these pieces together, giving teams one place to manage every touchpoint consistently rather than patching experiences together app by app.
